Eiddwen Jones was born in Rhewl, Mostyn. She studied at the Normal College and qualified as a teacher before being appointed headteacher at Ysgol y Parc, Denbigh. She has written volumes for children and was awarded a Doctorate from Bangor University on the subject of “Creative Writing.”
