Alan Llwyd is certainly one of our most prolific authors, and his literary output ranges from essays to memoirs and non-fiction books, as well as volumes on the craft of cynghanedd. This is the thirteenth volume of poems by the chief bard to be published by Barddas. *Yr Ail Gasgliad Cyflawn* (The Second Complete Collection), his last volume of poetry, was published in 2015. He holds a personal chair in the Hywel Teifi Academy at Swansea University.
