If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your purchase you can return it to us either for exchange or refund within 7 days of delivery. On receipt of your purchase you must e-mail us within three working days to notify us of your intention and to obtain a returns number.
A full refund or exchange will only be given when we have received the returned goods, we can only credit a refund to the account used to make the original purchase.
If your goods are damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied, please notify us within 24 hours of their receipt by either phone or email and we will endeavour to replace them. The goods must be returned to us together with the original packaging within 7 days of receipt. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.
Postage and packing costs are not refundable unless the goods are damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied.
