Beautiful book revealing fascinating views of 19th century Snowdonia

A great book for dipping into and looking at the lovely paintings of North Wales, or for reading in detail to learn about Rev Parker’s travels through Snowdonia in the 1800s. It’s extraordinary that this information hasn’t been available previously, so Edward Parry deserves great credit for researching the Parker archive at Aberystwyth and distilling it into this attractive book.
