This wellbeing book - a motivating combination of pictures and words - aims to direct and guide us towards that light and also another light that is often right under our noses although we can't always recognise it. The author is a landscape artist with extensive experience of working as a youth support worker and tutor with children, young people and adults.

We dispatch all orders received 3 times a week, on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
