The relationship between Welsh people and food is very close to our hearts, from 'te bach' at Nain's house to Mam's 'lobsgows' and new, exotic ready meals in the 1970s and the 1980s.

Through personal experiences, memories and old cookery books, Ruth Richards presents the history of eating in Wales during the last century in a way that will make your mouth water and make you reach for the sugar sandwiches, the 'tatws llaeth', the Spam and the Angel Delight!

We dispatch all orders received 3 times a week, on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
