Pedwarawd Meibion Llansilin Male Quartet - Gwell hwyr na hwyrach / Better late than never

Better late than never is an appropriate title for this CD, being the first to be recorded by Llansilin Quartet.  The Quartet have been entertaining in the north of Powys, Denbighshire and over the border in Shropshire for almost forty years.

There is a mixture of English and Welsh songs on the CD, all of which are sung unaccompanied.

As well as entertaining various groups and societies and taking part in concerts, the Quartet have also, in the past, competed successfully in eisteddfodau, and won at the Powys Provincial Eisteddfod.

Maldwyn Jones, Trevor Jones, Henry Evans and Meirion Jones are all members of Llansilin Mixed Choir and always make a popular contribution as the Quartet at the choir's concerts.
